June 7, 2025 3:00 PM EST Carspace Coworking 5200 Greens Dairy Rd, (Behind the Museum) Raleigh, NC 27616 If you can attend, please fill out this form to register and upload two photos. Video uploads are not necessary as we will film the day of the MODEL CALL.  

 

If you can not attend, please complete the requested videos and upload of photos. If attending, please adhere to the following dress code: standard model call attire (Males black jeans and black t shirts, females in black skinny jeans or leggings and black tank top).

August 16,  call time 1:00 PM at The Fairview Raleigh 1125 Capitol BLVD, Raleigh, NC 27603. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE UNWILLING OR UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW DATE.

To Apply, fill out the form completely and upload photos and if unable to attend the MODEL CALL, a walk video.  

 

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

Please upload one full body and one headshot. We need to see your facial features clearly. No hats, sunglasses, glasses, heavy makeup or shadows. Please, do not upload more than two photos. 

 

WALK VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:

Please, view the link to see what style of walk video to create. This is a sample video from a past casting, just to give an idea. Do not recreate this exactly. Follow all instructions on this form.

Videos can be filmed on your phone with Cap Cut, TikTok or any other video editing app.

Models walk using the music "Feel The Groove" by Trapaholics, available on Spotify or listed as "Feel The Groove" by Queens Road on TikTok.  

Failure to use the correct music may result in having to redo the video or being disqualified. We need uniformity in the beat the models are walking to. Videos of past runway shows are not accepted. 

Please, make a 30 second video. Include two walks in two different walk styles. One walk needs to be a NYC High Fashion type walk, and the other in a friendly local show style walk. 

 

Walk in standard model call attire (Males black jeans and black t shirts, females in black skinny jeans or leggings and black tank top). 

No submission will be accepted without a video unless attending the live MODEL CALL.

On June 15, if we do not have a walk video, we will be deleting your submission. 

Your photos and/or video must be uploaded to the Drop Box within the form.

Designers and the NFW staff will be selecting the models from the photos and videos uploaded and the in person MODEL CALL. Gray Models and Talent is pre-screening all virtual submissions for quality control. Poor quality videos and photos may be asked to resubmit or may be disqualified. 

If you are chosen to appear in the video gallery, you will be notified that you have made the first cut. The gallery will be shared with designers for final selection and booking. 

Models hired and booked who appear in RDFW will be paid $200 -20% commission to Gray Models and Talent all inclusive for all events.

We are accepting teens and up, height of 5'6" and up.

Under 18 participants must have this form completed by a legal adult guardian or parent.
The deadline to submit videos and photos is June 15, 2025.
