Tracy Gray

Founder of Raleigh Durham Fashion Week and Owner of Gray Models and Talent and Five Star Talent and Productions

Tracy Gray was a model, singer, and actress since the age of 3 and has now coached models for 30 years. 
Now the owner of Gray Models and Talent, LLC which has placed talent in booking from the Carolinas to FL and west to TX.

She has founded the Get Real Modeling and Acting Social Media Network and coaching program to bring ethical education to talent. 

Ms Gray lived in Naples, FL for 20 years and now resides in Raleigh, NC and has a family of four and is engaged to Grammy Award winning Sound Engineer/ Recording Producer, Howard Lindeman.

Vera Morris

RDFW Host and Founder of Treasure Your Chest Inc. 

Vera Morris is currently residing in Cary, North Carolina. She is a Consultant at Yardi Systems,
Inc., Raleigh, North Carolina and a Professional Model with Gray Models and Talent, 
and MMG, New York City. She was recently hired as an Anchor & Broadcasting Facebook/You
Tube Live Host for Beauty Queens Galore, The Pageant Resource.

Vera is the Founder of Treasure Your Chest Inc. which was created to provide
funding to help uninsured women get a mammogram. She also started the “Treasure Your
Chest” blog in 2021, that features stories from women and men impacted by breast cancer.
Vera is a former Miss North Carolina USA 1998 and was awarded Miss Congeniality at the
televised Miss USA 1998 pageant. Vera was appointed Ms. NC United World 2022 last May 1,
2022, and competed in Round Rock, TX in September 2022, where she won the prestigious
title of Ms. United World 2023.

Darren Maslach

The Dude With the Camera

With decades in the photography field, Darren has been behind the camera to photograph major celebrities like Eva Longoria and Florence Henderson. 

The Dude With the Camera's images are utilized by talent nationwide for marketing. He often travels to shoot between FL, TX and NC. 

Although he primarily shoots talent, on occasion he can be found creating images of culinary delights, beloved pets, weddings and memorable occasions and special events.

Howard Lindeman

Sound Director

Howard“Howie” Lindeman started at The Record Plant recording studios NYC in 1974. His career as a Producer and Recording Engineer placed him in such prestigious studios as The Hit Factory NYC, RCA Studios NYC , Soundtrack Studios, Magic Venture Studios and then George Benson’s Lahaina Sound, Maui as Studio Manager.

Mr. Lindeman has acquired six Grammy Awards and The Golden Reel Award for his exceptional talent while working in studio with such artists as Foreigner, Roberta Flack, and Stephanie Mills. He has also been seen as FOH Engineer for live performances of The Rolling Stones, Blondie, Natalie Cole, and most recently, Michael Bolton, and Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo.     
Howie Lindeman has currently joined forces with John Davenport at his recording studio, Deep River Sound, as of 2018. Their lifelong friendship began at The Hit Factory in New York and will now blend their expertise at the beautiful retreat style facility, Deep River Studios in Sanford, North Carolina.

Howard is also available independently for recording or mix projects and FOH live performance bookings.

Michelle Congleton Smith

Legal Consultant/

Model Co Ordinator

Michelle Congleton Smith grew up in the North Raleigh area and is proud to be a Triangle native.  She received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University as a third generation "Pirate" following in the footsteps of her father, Mort Congleton and maternal grandmother, Alice.  She also received a double Masters degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and Mental Health from ECU and was a practicing therapist for over seven years. Michelle's love for the Triangle brought her back home to Raleigh in early 2000 where she began law school while still practicing as a therapist.  She was awarded her law degree in 2004 from North Carolina Central University. In addition to her law practice, Michelle is also the founder and President of Models for Charity, a local 501C3 nonprofit organization that gives back to the community through volunteering and fashion related events.
